Women of Substance meet approximately four times per year to network as a group and support Guiding and its vision. Would you like to be invited to attend one of these meetings to learn more about Women of Substance.

COMMENTS
• It would have been good to receive some background information about the girls prior to the meeting - maybe even to be in email contact. The breakfast did not allow enough time to talk to get to know the girls/ talk to them. A formal introduction (in writing) of the mentors would also be good.
• The breakfast is good but I'm not sure it is working as intended. Suggest doing announcing etc all at once instead of breaking conversation.
• The girls find it hard to relax at first. Does need a "table captain" - mentor or teacher to lead. Many girls DO NOT eat breakfast and are hesitant to take food. Education needed then??? - balance of food for sport and brain, - a speaker??
• A brilliant idea. I wish this was around when I was a young person. Good Work.

• Would be good to try and match students career focus to mentors more meaningful, but would be lots of work for organisers.
